Today, I received your complaint letter regarding ID [redacted]. I was surprised to read the complaint. This is not our client.We are a travel agency in Honolulu, Hawaii. Our parent company name is Travel Resources Unlimited, Inc and we do not sell travel to the public using our parent company name....
We sell travel outbound from Hawaii to the mainland using our dba of Creative Holidays or Cruise Holidays Hawaii. We do not have our clients sign contracts, nor do we make travel promises. We do not offer travel discounts or free vacations. Most of our clients are from Hawaii.For the above listed reasons, we feel this complaint belongs to another company with a similar name. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
