Review: In August of 2014, the DOD installation at Mountain Home AFB, ID, ordered and paid for two 80" monitors and two tilt wall mounts through Coronado Business Supplies (now Business Products Express) on GSA [redacted]. Total cost was $5999.96. Approx two months ago, we contacted [redacted] at BP Express asking for an update on the whereabouts of our order. [redacted] continues, to this date, to tell us "he's working it." I've received nothing but excuses for the past two months - repeated phone calls and emails result in no response or lack of action. This is not acceptable. BP Express has taken US Gov't funds and not delivered our order. BP Express should take immediate steps to return the US Gov't funding or provide a shipment confirmation and delivery estimate for the order [redacted].Desired Settlement: Delivery of order. Or the company can refund the $5999.96 in US Taxpayer funds.
