As is typical, BPS is less than truthful & uncooperative
I have relieved a letter from BPSIn it they state they they do not have authorization from me to release infomation fo the Revdex.com
They could have requested a HIPPA release form from me to get information to the Revdex.com
BPS has neglected to do so
More importantly they have refused to PROVE they are who they claim to be & that a dept is in fact owed
Due to their lack of cooperation and combative procedures,I am referring this to my attorney at the address below

It's obvious BPS is continuing their standard procedure of non cooperation.
They have 12 currently listed Revdex.com complaints,,, a 'track record' that speaks for itself.
This may indicate the reason for their numerous alternate business names.
This response appears to be written by a 'customer contact' , not from a manager or other personnel with any real authority.
Nor have they listed the information that will be forwarded to me etc.
Lastly BPS failed to quote the specific regulations they might violate,,, a typical tactic

I have resolved the bill portion of this complaint with [redacted] Inpatient. I am however still upset by the employee's actions. It was obvious to me that he was doing one of two things: An incredibly poor effort at his job or purposefully twisting simple information. I'd like a phone call to discuss this. I am no longer seeking a financial resolution from the company, just an explanation and an apology.
