After my accident I sent my Acura RDX to them on NovXX XXXX, they kept my vehicle here for days and failed to even give me an estimateThey said it was because they couldn't find part, also *** ( shop owner) told me that my vehicle would be a total lossSo after days went by I sent my vehicle to *** Paint and Body on Novand they had my vehicle fixed in week, no problemsThey mentioned the S&M just flat out didnt want to spend time finding the part they needed and so they didnt want to work on my vehicleMy advise is to not take your vehicle here, go some where that values your business and treat customers with a level of dignity
