I went into the store because my screen was crackedI had the store replace the screen but now my phone is not working and it was working beforeThey are telling me that they are not responsible for my phone not to work anymore but I know they did something when they changed the screen for it to stop workingNot once did they tell me that they wouldn't refund my money if it didn't work after installing my screen on the phone and they are refusing to fix it without me paying them more moneyTicket# RAXXXXand it cost me ***
In August I took iPads in for screen repairWhen I received the iPads back,there was debris and dust under the screens so I returned to have this issue fixedI picked up both iPads and continued to have problems with themThe home button on one did not work and had to have the screen replaced againThen this screen fell off multiple timesThe other iPad only works when it is in a certain position and still large pieces of debris remain under both screens.I have been back with the iPads over times since they were originally brought in for screen repairI have called to speak with the manager and requested a refundI was told by him that he would call me back later the same day to resolve the issue, that was days ago
