Ordered onlineTable arrived defectiveThey kept ignoring me throughout the course of MONTHS while trying to get my broken table fixedThey kept setting up calls to troubleshoot the issue live and kept failing to attend themThey would tell me to call back tomorrow and promise to help, then never pick up the phone even though I called throughout the dayThe only thing that got their attention was a Consumer Protection ComplaintI still got a replacement (a slightly newer model) in the end at no cost to meI suspect they were intentionally ignoring me and hoping I'd just give up and accept the $1000+ dollar loss, which is a terrible way to treat a paying customerBut, have to give them some credit for eventually resolving the issue and getting me a slightly newer model at no cost (other than time and frustration) to me, despite me not retaining the original shipping materials as their warranty instructsCould've been worse
I know of at least other person who has had this exact same experience with themIt's been a year for them and they haven't gotten a resolution yet, though
