Review: Business Supply Service, Inc.(BSS)has enacted a scam with our school district, Richland County School District One, Columbia, SC. BSS scam involves calling a school requesting information and a contact person name (bookeeper) then issuing fraudulent invoices for items that were not ordered. Richland County School District One never places orders over the telephone. There must be a purchase order in place prior to placing the order. Also, we are located in Columbia, SC and have many local vendors available that can provide the same items at far more competitive prices.This company is known nationwide for similar scams which can be substantiated by searchging the internet.This company should be ordered to cease and desist their fraudelent and deceptive business practices.Desired Settlement: This company should be ordered to cease and desist their fraudulent and deceptive business practices.

Review: This Company has sent us unauthorized products in the past and also billed us for products we never received. They billed us every 10 days for products we didn't order. They have now turned the bills over to a collection agency that is threatening with lawsuits, etc.Desired Settlement: Stop harassing and billing us for products we didn't order or receive.
