I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 
The company (Business Wire) has had a lack of communication within their departments and every week I get a different response regarding this issue. Please provide a copy of that agreement for review. Also, the core issue is that a representative of the company had authorized the submission of the press release prior to it being released and assured us that we would not have to pay for that press release. I have asked the company many times to take down that press release and clear our balance with them, however the company has terrible customer service and will not work at all with us. The company's business practices are savage and unprofessional, and I would like to clear our balance with the company as soon as possible.

Our responses have been consistent, and our communications clear; in accordance with the contract, which was agreed to and signed, any press release issued outside of the term of the agreement is outside of the contract pricing.
 
If there is correspondence to support what the complainant  terms the 'core issue' (that a representative for BW assured you that you would not have to pay), please provide that.  Otherwise, we agree that the outstanding balance should be cleared - that can be done by the client submitting payment for it.

We received your inquiry and have concluded our investigation into the matter. The client has provided incorrect facts in their complaint regarding purchase price...

and term dates. The client also signed a contract that provided them 25 press releases to be used during a one year term. That term started on 4/*/13 and concluded on 4/*/14. The agreement is very clear that the releases were to be sent during the term and that no refunds, credits, or reimbursements would be provided if they were not. We would be happy to provide a copy of that agreement should you wish to review. We maintain the client owes Business Wire the disputed amount of $250.00.

Review: Very unhappy with the customer service of this company! We purchased 25 Press Releases from this company and regularly put out between 1-3 releases a month. One press release we submitted (#12 of 25) happened to fall 3 days outside of 1 year we purchased the press release package and Business Wire would not work with us to resolve the collection dispute. They are savages and are trying to collect from us a press release in which they gave us no prior warning or alert that we would be billed if we submitted it and they are maliciously trying to make us pay for that press release.Desired Settlement: Please take down the press release we apparently submitted outside the contract and waive the $250 bill you are trying to collect from us.
