I am very very unhappy with their workMr*** *** said many times that "I would do your plan by myself and give full efforts etc"i believed him in spite of some bad comments on Revdex.comThey did the plan with in a week even if he said with in days, still I was Okay with thatthe first draft had many mistakes on itAbout 80% of business plan was copied from the sample that they have put on their website Balance sheet, and sales forecast was so poorly madei even sent them the SBA style excel forecast sheetThey completely ignored it and made up their own forecast with some random number which was away too big for my companyi told Mr*** multiple times that the gross sales/profit was too big and bank was not going to believe itHe kept ignoring mei even made one year forecast myself and asked him go head and change for the rest years, then break even and gross sales charts, he ignored my emails and texts once he took the final paymentsAgain this company is not professionalthey did not do good things, I was so patience and I even helped them with actual forecast by getting the actual forecast sheet from my local SBA advisorI am very unhappy and saddening from Mr***'s very poor customer service as well as business plan work
