Review: This was my second time hosting a party here, the first time, was less than perfect but still decided to give this place a second chance since my boys loved this place. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had!! I would not recommend having a birthday party here, we were rushed from the time we got there. One of the kids were told when asked for a second slice of pizza that the cake was coming out and we were pressed for time. The GM [redacted] was so rude. didn't care. We had 1 1/12 hrs at our table and he was trying to get us to move after an hr because they had to get antoher party ready and needed our table! I said no, this is what we paid for. He needs better customer service skills. I asked for his bosses name, he told me he was the boss and there was nobody over him. I took it upon myself to call thier coporate office to complain and [redacted] the "owner" was so very rude from the time I told him who I was. He did not care about the customer but only defended his employee [redacted] the GM because he was hired and trained by him personally! That explains alot. He didn't let me tell him my side of what happened but instead was called a liar! He stated his employees are great and I'm just a customer that can't be pleased. I din't aks for any kind of refund and still paid my bill when due. He told me he didn't have to listen to me because I was not his wife or his maker! Then proceeded to state he would fire [redacted] today but I had to live with that on my concious. Very, VERY unprofessional! I could go on and on about my experience with both [redacted] the GM and [redacted].Desired Settlement: Full Refund

I have received the complaint filed by **. [redacted] and I am happy to respond. As she indicated in her complaint, **. [redacted] is a repeat customer. This was her second party at our facility.

While **. [redacted] states that she was unsatisfied with the treatment she received in the store and again when she spoke with the CEO of our company, she does not provide any evidence suggesting she did not receive the full benefits of party for which she paid.

**. [redacted]'s party included laser tag, pizza, unlimited beverages, a party host, and a party area for 9 players. **. [redacted] was provided with all of the items included in her party. As a result she is not entitled to a refund in any amount.

In the interest of resolving the matter fairly, Extreme Laser Tag is happy to provide **. [redacted] with free game passes to use on her next visit to our store.

She is welcome to contact me directly by phone to obtain the passes. Please contact our office if you have any further questions. Thanks for your assistance in resolving the matter.

[redacted] is correct, I was a repeat customer, both of my boys had birtday parties at this facility. They love the place.

While **. [redacted] is trying to be fair, the CEO and owner, was very unprofessional when I spoke to him. He yelled at me from when he picked up the phone, he didn't let me explain what happened during the party. He aslo told me not to go back to his establishment, and I have complied, I won't be back.

[redacted] the GM was very unprofessional, he wanted to put two games of laser tag back to back and not allow the kids to sit for a minute between games, against my wishes he did it anyway because he needed the table we were at for the next party. We still had time that was alotted for our party but was pushed out anyway. There was another party that was there with more adults than kids, they were there before us and weren't pushed out like we were. One of my guest stated they needed to go to the bathroom, but didn't want to miss anything.

Its a shame this happened, this left a bad taste in everyones mouth. A place geared to kids and have such young people working and running the place, they need to be better trained to handle the demand rather than what I was told and go into piolt mode per [redacted] the GM.
