Good products and excellent customer service

Purchased a Trampoline on Dec 4 2018 through the *** page via the *** seller associated with this business. Tracking showed the item had shipped but no further updates were available. Tried resolving through *** and they said I needed to contact Seller. Called the *** number for customer service several times and finally reached someone on Dec 20, 2018. I was told that a replacement would be shipped and arrive CHRISTMAS EVE for my daughter's gift from Santa. Cutting it close! Item arrived on Dec 24 with NO HARDWARE FOR ASSEMBLY!!!! and NO time to do anything about it since it was Christmas EVE!!! Daughter's Only wish from Santa, RUINED! So after the holiday I contacted again asking to send hardware. They claimed they could not send hardware and were going to ship Trampoline #3. I demanded a refund for my troubles and was questioned why I thought I deserved a refund and was told that if I accepted the replacement then a refund was not possible. THEY RUINED MY 3 Year old DAUGHTERS CHRISTMAS, is that not enough? So here we are several days later and refund has been issued, but NO hardware or trampoline has been received. When I call the Original Cust. Service Number it says all associates are busy and forwards me to a voicemail box that is full and then I am disconnected without being able to leave a voicemail.

The business charged my bank account $25 for a party reservation at *** which is no longer owned or operated by this business. They have an active website that they refuse to take down.

This man is a fraud and a thief. He operates a website for a laser tag business that doesn't even exist and collects money from it.

I booked a party at ***'s which is owned by businessventures.com for 1/7/17. Someone called me a few days prior to the party to say I could reschedule because of an incoming snowstorm, even though
they were staying open and offered a refund and to call them back when I
decided. After contacting a couple of the parents who would be in
attendance, they were not comfortable driving across town in snow. The
weekend we had it planned was the only good date for us in January so I called back to ask to cancel the party and discussed with a young man about getting a refund. He said I would be getting a full refund, I asked specifically about it being put back on my card if I would be getting the deposit as well and he confirmed and said I would get an email with the cancellation and refund amount. After a few days of not getting anything, I called ***'s again, a different male on the phone said my party wasn't listed as cancelled and we had the same conversation about being fully refunded, and received no correspondence. At one point, after a few calls, someone recommended I call the corporate office. I eventually reached Jeremy who advised me of the policy in regards to only offering a new date within thirty. He said I was being very polite and he took kindly to that and said he would try and help me get a refund or extend the time to reschedule since it had been past the 30 days. I would've been fine with the gift card or credit to ***'s. He asked him to give him at least a week. When I called back, Jeremy no longer worked in the office. I was informed ***'s had been closed down. I spoke to Kristina who said she would review the phone calls to corporate and to call her back in two weeks. When I called back, Kristina no longer worked there. Eventually, someone suggested I email the owner, Rick R. I have emailed him 8 times over the past 6 months without a response. I never had a party and was fully charged.
