Review: Buisnets has been called on several occasions to come out to my office and fix our computers and electronics. Every single time they have come out and "fixed" the problem, there has been no improvement in the broken or slow machines. Not only has there been no improvement in the functioning of the equipment, but I have wasted days/hours of my work days with this company trying to fix the problems. Furthermore, information was lost due to this company's negligence and features on my computer have not been set back to how I had them; after the representative promised that features would be restored to how we had them.Desired Settlement: To have a computer that is fixed and running properly.
