They came and inspected our house windows and suggested the windows that needs replacement or repair.
when they were replacing my bedroom window sash the guy BROKE my window while he was taking it out!
And before leaving he said he is sorry and he will check if they have any available replacement to install it for me, or if not, they are going to order one.
That was a day before thanksgiving, and since that time we are trying to contact them.
Until Yesterday the owner answered and he was super rude, he said your widows are rotten and its not our fault !! And he hung up the phone. We tried to call again several times but he kept answering in disrespectful way and hangin up.
Then he called at night and said that he is sorry for being rude that morning he had a bad mood, and he said he will replace the window if we paid him for it.

This was an issue where we were hired by the selling party of a home to replace only window balances on the windows. During inspection we had noticed that the windows had rot, but were told to only bid for replacement of balances as the buyers only requested that we replace the window balances. During installation with the new owners in the home, the rotten sash had a piece fall off durring sash removal to install the balances- the window still works, but the sash needs to be replaced. I offered to get him a discounted sash, but as we were only paid for balances that is all we could do with out additional costs. As whoever removed the sash next would have had the same result, and we had commented about that with the people who hired us, we cannot afford to replace the sash due to a bad inspector that did not find it for the their client.

I would be happy to replace the sash at no profit for my company but not as a loss as we did everything we were hired to do.

This is not completely true.

when buss and son, came to replace some windows and sashes, they said that they inspected All Of The House Windows and they suggested the required replacement or repairs needed. On that same day, we asked them to give us a bid because we need to replace the patio door, but they said everything is in a good shape and they checked the house before and nothing needs replacement unless the things they did !!

and when they broke the window the man was apologizing and saying that he will check if they have the same size to replace it for us immediately or if not, he will order one for us after the thanksgiving day.

that was in the presence of my brother in-law, my wife and my sister. after that, we tried to contact the business but the owner was Super rude to us , he hung up the phone every time we called , then he stopped answering our calls. Until we called finally and mentioned that we will contact Revdex.com , then he offered us a discount to replace what they broke!

this is totally unacceptable, lying to us made the issue worse. they promised to replace it until they left the house then started acting like it is not their fault.
