Busse's Lock Service

I asked for a reproduction of a remote entry key for my car. I paid $110 for it, but the employee gave me a plain non-remote entry key.I gave a remote entry key for my car to a Busse's employee and asked for copy. The employee quoted me a price of $110 and I agreed. Clearly, we had a misunderstanding with this customer. If he wishes to return the item he purchased, we are happy to issue a refund. As far as I know, no such request was made prior to filing this complaint. We do not recommend the key/remote combination keys, because they often break apart after only a year or so of use. Instead, we recommend a solid key and a separate remote. These are sold and priced separately. We try very hard to explain the options to customers so they can make an informed choice and get exactly what suits them, at a fair price.
