Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:i have never missed any appointment or sent away any contractor who has come to my home they must be mistaking me with someone elseI did have my wife here to meet the drywall repair guys and I had all spots marked with blue tapeThe week before that I met with the drywall guy and we walked through and put tape on at the spots that needed repairI don't think this builder knows what industry standard isI would not Complain about these problems if they were fixed right the first time and now my wife and I have had to take multipul days offWhen our bathroom fan was letting cold air in our home during the winter it took different appointments to get it fixedAfter taking apart the fan we found out the contractor didn't install it correctly that is why it was letting in cold airWhen of our sinks leaked in our house as well as the master bath toilet it took multipul trips to get them resolvedWhen the drywall guys we here repairing our ceilings we were without our house all day so they could respray all the texture because it wasn't done right the first time when the home was built these are the words from his contractorSo the drywall contractor said to make sure the painter primes the ceilings before painting themThe painter came out and said [redacted] B [redacted] isn't paying him to prime the ceilings and is only paying him to put on coat of paint he tells me because my home is only in the 300,price range I don't get two coats of paintSo he paints all the ceilings and repaired spots on the walls with one coat of paint and after he left all the ceilings have roller marks on them and look all blotchy because Mrbd only approved coat of paint which I knew being in the construction field myself wouldn't workI have sent the builder multipul pictures of my walls where scotch tape has pulled big chunks of paint off because it wasn't primed textured and painted the correct way,again these are words from his paint contractorI am sick of people trying to get top dollar for poor craftsmanship I find it funny that every contractor who has come to my home has told me they didn't do my home and that MrB [redacted] let those contractors goMrB [redacted] still has not come up with a fix for the walls in my home and just seems to ignore all the pics I have sent him and requests to have this resolvedI have also sent over multipul list of other problems and he seems to pick and choose what he wants to fixAll I want is my home that I have paid for to be fixed correctly and not the cheapest way possibleIt is not my fault that he used horrible contractors to build his homes and now has to pay for it to be fixed the right wayPlease see a few attached pics of what tape does to my walls and the roller marks from putting 1coat of paint on my ceilingsAt this point I also want to be compensated for all the time my wife and I have had to take off work and we will still have to take off more time when it gets fixed again.Sincerely, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]
To whom it may concern:We have responded to Mr [redacted] 's complaints, and taken care of his "issues" many times in the past months He has turned our workers away several times On May 8th (an appointment made weeks earlier) we went again for an appointment and he was not even there His wife was and was not even able to find or show us the concerns he had Since then we have made some progress in identifying what he is complaining about and more work has been performed recentlyWe are not the seller's of this home as it was built for another party who sold it to Mr [redacted] We are also working with that third party and continuing in trying to satisfy Mr [redacted] However, his "expectations" may not be attainable The home was built to industry standardsAnd, make no mistake, Mr [redacted] has been tended to on many occasionsWe are still attempting to make him happy so when he says claims that no one has responded or tied to help, it simply is not true.Respectfully, [redacted] Bd Custom Construction, Inc

We did respond to the [redacted] 's via email on 7/13/as follows: "We will need to disscuss your response with a third party who is currently out of town When we have had the opportunity to do that we will get back to you - probably within a couple of weeks."
