Review: I recently purchased 4 t-shirts online from the aforementioned company. I returned them due to the fact the t-shirts did not meet my expectations of quality. I went to their website and requested a RMA - which I received. I was directed to a link where I printed out a return shipping label. I went to the post office and mailed the package. I was fairly certain the label stated "Postage Required" so I paid for shipping ($7.53).Several weeks later I was refunded $44 which was $10 less than my original purchase price of $53.99.When I contacted them to ask why the refund was $10 less than my initial transaction amount, they responded that the $10 was for the return shipping. I informed them that I affixed $7.53 to the package when I mailed it back to them. I proceeded to send them a copy of my shipping receipt. They refused to refund the $10. In the end I essentially spend $18 to return the t-shirts to them. I was not expecting a refund for the $7.53 from them, but I was shocked when they kept $10 for nothing. I feel that Busted Tees participates in unfair and dishonest business practices. The customer is clearly not important to them.Desired Settlement: If the Revdex.com could help refund the $10 that would be nice, but not necessary. I really just want to share my experience in order to warn other potential customers that this company is dishonest and unfair.

I placed an order with Busted Tees -- while finalizing the order, the final order confirmation page said shipping was "FREE", however, when I clicked "Place Order", the receipt showed $13.99 in shipping. I did NOT authorize the shipping fee. I called immediately to cancel the order or change it per Busted Tees guidelines but Busted Tees was not open and the voicemail inbox was full (it would not allow me to leave a message). Thus, as another attempt to contact Busted Tees, I sent an e-mail via the "Contact" page on their web site immediately after the order -- in the e-mail I communicated the issue and requested that the order not be shipped until we could resolve it. However, Busted Tees shipped the order (and I have now received the order). I sent 3 e-mails and probably tried calling 10+ times since my initial attempt (every day, multiple times per day during stated business hours). The call goes directly to voicemail and their outgoing message says "Sorry, Busted Tees cannot receive a message. This mailbox is full". Hence, I am unable to contact Busted Tees via telephone and as mentioned above I have sent 3 e-mails and have yet to hear back. My order was shipped without my consent and again, I did not authorize the shipping cost and tried to contact Busted Tees within their stated guidelines. Their customer service appears non-existent and (as the above details) their order collection/shipping practices appear unethical. As I did not authorize the shipping costs and attempted to contact Busted Tees numerous times, I am looking for refund of the $13.99 shipping fee. I am also considering contacting my credit card company to withhold payment.
