I am very sorry that this has escalated to a Revdex.com complaintThe customer ordered a brand New leftover inflatable from usWe shipped it out immediatelyUpon receiving the boat the customer claimed there was damage to the boatThe shipment has insurance and the carrier would pay in full but they need to inspect the boatThe carrier still has not been able to view the boat in order to pay for the damagesWe promptly ordered a new, not leftover but boat to make up for his troubles but had to wait for the 2017's to come inThey have come in and the boat has been released and shipped to the customer
