Review: [redacted], a pest control technician came out on 3/6/13 to spray for ants. It was the first time so I paid $127.20 for inside and outside spraying. [redacted] could not spray outside because it was raining. He said he would come back. He never did. I called 3/11/13 because I still had ants. The inside spraying did absolutely nothing to kill them. [redacted] said if I still had a problem to call because they come out for free within 30 days. I left a message on their answering machine. I got no response. I called on 3/14/13 and left a message with a man who said he would have [redacted] call me back. I got no response. I called on 3/18/13 and spoke with the secretary who said [redacted] would come out on Friday, March 22, 2013 in the afternoon and would call before he came. [redacted] never called and did not show up. A whole week went by and I got no phone call. I called on 4/1/13 and left a message on their answering machine asking for a manager/owner to call me. I have had no response.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. I did not get what I paid for because the outside was never sprayed and they did nothing to get rid of the ants.
