Busy Bee A/C Repair Service

On Sat. 6/16/12, the female owner in 3.5 hrs.- replaced a power box; added a tiny amount of freon; analyzed system and sd a part that regulates freon intake needed to be replaced and its very likely this would solve the issue. Next meeting Tues.6/19/12, she did some furtherwelding analyzation, midway through she realized she had the wrong part.Before going back to Lennox, she called from my place to make sure shecould get the correct part. She did more welding, sealing, etc. This daylasted 4 hrs. Next meeting Thur. 6/21/12, 8.5 hrs. of disorganization,waiting for her husband to get tools to her she forgot. Whatever she wasdoing in the attic wasn't getting the A/C running. Keep in mind every meeting was filled with a lot of slow boring blather that was supposed to lead me to urgency to buy a new AC unit through them. After 16 hrs. spread out over 3 unproductive days, she became clear I would not bepurchasing a new unit. She angrily brought her tools down from the atticaand busted the opening to the attic. Filled the AC with freon per her hhusband's instructions and in a short while the place was finally blowing cold! The husband say no charge and they are gone. 2 weeks laterthe unit isn't cooling. I call him up and he says replace the unit. I was not interested in that. I called the following week to inquire aboutfixing the damage to the attic opening, and they want to charge me for that as well as AC repair.In conclusion, Busy Bee gave me a ROC# 253798 - I have not verified that. They advertise insured and bonded. Where's my relief for the busted attic opening? The wasted time spent with them (16 hrs) I can never get back. The temperature inside my well covered TH since June (except for the 2 weeks of cooling) has been between 85-91 degrees. I assure you that is less painful than watching these people's slow forgetful arguous work habits and listen to their unending B.S.!At least the Stooges were funny and entertaining, Busy Bee is sad andfrustrating.
