I fired this service in January and to date I have asked for my key back three times during there service of my home while they checked on the receipt they were doing things I found out they only did the base boards fans and shutters every other visit This to me is a deceptive practice I paid $each service only to find out they were charging and marking services not done

In regards to customers complaint about the key, it was mailed to her 1 1/2 to 2 weeks ago. I informed her when she asked for it that I would drop it off however the owner of the company got very sick with bronchitis and he tore a meniscus in his knee which prevented him from walking for...
several weeks, hence the decision to mail it to the client. Client was made aware of the situation and said that she was ok with that. As for the ceiling fans and blinds, they did get cleaned on every visit, baseboards in restrooms ONLY got cleaned on every visit and in the 3-4 years that [redacted] was our client she never complained about these things to us because she was a satisfied customer. I am at a loss for words over the complaints as we have always gone above and beyond doing extra things in clients home. Sincerely, Gloria & Adam
Someone who works for this company stole jewelry. Originally the manager [redacted] seemed horrified, confirmed of the 4 cleaners in my home 1 was new. [redacted] even filed a police report but now that the police can not find the woman suspected of taking my jewelry [redacted] will not return my husbands calls or my own. We have been trying for over a week with no return call to our voice mails. The Revdex.com won't allow me to file a complaint against this company because it is a criminal matter for the police or I would be leaving a review and filing a complaint.
I paid for a move-in clean at a rate of $95/hr. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm. The cleaning crew arrived at 2:47pm and left at 8:30pm. I was charged for 6 hours of service, but the team stayed 5 hours and 45 minutes. The company advertised that windows are cleaned inside and out, some windows were only partially cleaned. Three large windows located in the formal living room that overlook the patio were cleaned one-third of the way. The remaining two thirds of the windows were left dirty. The ceiling fans, vents and lower cabinets were not wiped down or cleaned. The lower cabinets had dirty water spots and old food still in the cabinets. The floor in the laundry room had gum stuck to the floor. The kitchen floor still had hard skittles and an M&M candy just below the dishwasher.The bathroom window in the guest bath was not cleaned. The tops of the cabinets, all ceiling fans, and the vents throughout the home were dusty and filled with lint. These observations were not noticed the night the cleaning crew did the cleaning due to low lighting in the home. The observations were made immediately the morning following. The owner of the company Gloria was called immediately, but there was no answer and to date no return call made to this consumer. Busy Bee promised a clean home: including windows, vents, floors, cabinets and appliances. The como any also promised 100% guarantee. This company and its owner failed to deliver on its promise and I paid for a service I did not receive and now I cannot get a return call. This consumer believes she was scammed and is extremely dissatisfied with this company.

I have been using Busy Bee for about 2 years and I look forward to having the team come in and clean. I have two young children and dried food on the floor is normal, but they always make the place look great. Scheduling can be difficult at times, especially if you can't stick to a normal schedule. And don't expect the crew to be punctual - but that is par for this industry. They have shown up early, on time and late. The latest they have ever been is 2 hours, which if you'be had cleaners before, you know is normal for afternoon appointments. Overall, I would recommend Busy Bee to my friends, the quality of the cleaning is well worth it.
