Hi [redacted],I wanted to let you know that we received a letter from the Revdex.com on your behalf. There were false statements in regards to the cost of the white gold ball and that you mentioned you left without it in your possession. We did give you the gold ball and have it on our surveillance cameras. We also have our New York State gold buying book showing your husband selling us his watch about one week after the diamond initial purchase. I would appreciate it if you would contact the Revdex.com and retract your false statements. If not you give me no choice but to submit the camera tape of you taking your gold ball and leaving the jewelry store.Thank You,

This is a completely incorrect and false statement from the business. It is disturbing that someone could run a business and not be honest in doing so.  First off, I told them NOT to solder anything because I was unsure of which order I wanted my children's initials.  I asked specifically if I could have them just disconnect the necklace so that I could hold it up to my neck and see which order I would like them to be in.  The gentleman was EXTREMELY rude and said he already soldered it etc.  Mind you, they never told me about ANY charge associated with soldering. Not my problem that they did not listen to a customers request. As far as the ball goes, they couldn't even tell me what I paid for the ball because they do an "itemized" bill with every order (on my bill there was no price next to the ball) but now all of a sudden the ball was $5.43?  They stated I did not pay for the ball.  (so it was free? I think not) Seems a tad bit fishy if you ask me.  I was told the ball needed to be there when I PURCHASED the ball.  I want my full refund of $54.31.  If not I will have to take this up with an attorney.

Review: My husband purchased a necklace with my first daughters initial as a very sentimental gift when she was born. Since we enjoyed it so much, he went back and purchased another for my second daughter when she born last month to add to my necklace. Upon our arrival, the woman working there was extremely rude the moment we even entered the store but since we had made several purchases there, we decided to ignore her terrible customer service and continue forward with our request/purchase. She stated that we had to purchase an insert (a white gold ball) in order for the two initials to lay correctly on the neck. We ordered the necklace since they did not have any more of the initial in stock that we needed and they put the white gold ball with our order. When we picked up the necklace today, the ball was way too large for my neck and I had requested that they remove it from the bill since I was not happy with there product. They refused to give me back the $50.00 plus tax I had paid for the ball itself. I was sent home WITHOUT the ball and WITHOUT a refund. I am not one to complain but this place is a complete rip off and I hope that other people out there are warned prior to ever doing business with this incorporation. I want my money back and will be contacting my credit card company for a refund.Desired Settlement: I want my $54.31 refunded to my credit card.

The only solution to that would be adding a gold ball in between to space the initials. We asked her which initial she wanted first then second and she said it didn't matter. My jeweler put the initials the way it looked better. When it was done she wanted to put the other initial first. So the jeweler un soldered the necklace and did as the customer asked. She didn't like that either so she said put it back the ori[redacted]l way. So we un soldered and re soldered again. Then she decided she didn't want the ball in between the initials. We already drilled holes in the ball to accommodate her ori[redacted]l order. She then decided she didn't want to pay her balance of 54.31 of which $ 5.43 was for the ball. We explained she could keep the ball because we drilled holes to accommodate her chain thickness and we couldn't use it for something else. She paid her balance took the gold ball with her and left. I did not charge her for 4 solders which are normally $15.00 each to try and make her happy. I explained I had no use for a gold ball that was drilled for her chain. I have no idea why she thinks a 1 penny weight gold ball would be fifty dollars. They cost about $5.00
