Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] This is a completely incorrect and statement from the businessIt is disturbing that someone could run a business and not be honest in doing so First off, I told them NOT to solder anything because I was unsure of which order I wanted my children's initials I asked specifically if I could have them just disconnect the necklace so that I could hold it up to my neck and see which order I would like them to be in The gentleman was EXTREMELY rude and said he already soldered it etc Mind you, they never told me about ANY charge associated with solderingNot my problem that they did not listen to a customers request.As far as the ball goes, they couldn't even tell me what I paid for the ball because they do an "itemized" bill with every order (on my bill there was no price next to the ball) but now all of a sudden the ball was $5.43? They stated I did not pay for the ball (so it was free? I think not) Seems a tad bit fishy if you ask me I was told the ball needed to be there when I PURCHASED the ball I want my full refund of $ If not I will have to take this up with an attorney In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
