Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here]There are many variables that effect grass seed germination and growth For example: water, lawn weed chemical applications, soil type, fertilization, foot traffic and harsh weather If the new grass seed is not watered properly then seed will not germinate and grow When applying weed control chemicals such as Crab Grass Control, this will stop grass seed from germinating Soil in the region of New York is very sandy, water permiates though very fast which means more water is needed Lack of nitrogen or fertilization will slow growth Any object past over the seeded are such as dogs, people and lawn mowers will effect proper grass growth This winter was particularly bad which might have effects on good seed growth The aeration and seeding was done almost one year ago and was needed to be addressed within to days of seed germination and growth With all of these variables that can cause issues with seed germination and grass growth time is critical otherwise there is a longer time to be effected by the list of variables Busy Bee Landscaping Incis a licensed, insured and reputable company that has many satisfied clients Busy Bee Landscaping Incwill alway stand behind their work The aeration and seeding were done by a professional team that has over years experiance We here at Busy Bee Landscaping Incfind no reason refund any payment for work that was done correctly The "Professional Team" consisted of one person who didn't lay a single layer of top soil to the obvious sandy ground..The lawn was properly watered as per [redacted] recommendation and in approxmonths later , no sign of sufficient growth as per promised by [redacted] ***..I have called to no avail , at least 10x and left voicmail messages , I have posted on his " [redacted] page" to "please call me "...No Response! and have send "private messages on his [redacted] page with no response....So the conclusion is that "Busy Bee does not stand behind their work..I asked [redacted] about top soil and was told it wasn't necessary...It undoubtedly was and should have been applied before seeding...I never questioned the pricing!..And was told by [redacted] that there will be a nice lawn next year...Even the bald patches on my front lawn did not fill in ...I have no idea what his intentions were , but he has certainly not stood behind his work...He has conveniently removed access on his [redacted] page for customers to leave comments...I am asking for the Revdex.com to stand behind me and support me and my hard working family in recovering the monies we spent and did come up with a reasonable resolution...Thank You [redacted] and Family In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] %
