The customer scheduled us to move her large items next doorto her new residence We were scheduledto arrive sometime after 2pm Normally a job like this would not take us very long at allbut this job was going to be more time consuming since they had to move thingsout of the way just to make a path to get to the furniture and then removeitems from the top of the furniture before it could be moved There virtually was very little room to workwith the amount of furnishings in the townhome.After hours and minutes working the guys suggested tothe customer that if it was ok with them they could stop for the day and comeback once the customer had a chance to organize things a little and thereforewould take less time finishing the job and the rate would be $less per hour The customer said that was fine with them andthe employees called me to see if I had availability in the schedule which Idid The employees then collected forthe day and left.When we came back the next day the customer did not want tosign the paperwork that she was going to be charged $89/hr She told the employees and myself she did nothave the funds to continue with the move so she did not want our services.I will also fax a copy of the contract from services rendered on 3/14/

Customer had agreed for us to come back at a later date so she could try to reorganize things so we could work more efficiently in her residence do to the volume of items We agreed that we would discount our hour min service to a hour min However, when our crew arrived the customer stated she did not want our service any longer if we were going to charge her anything We could not come to an agreement to even charge $ She refused the service and refused to pay the men anything at all for their time and truck/fuel Matt [redacted] www.busybeemovers.com 317-695-
