Busy Bees Bounce House

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Completely unprofessional! I booked a $200 rental on Sep 4th - 3 weeks before my son's 7th birthday party on the 21st and paid IN FULL. There is absolutely NO reason for them not to provide the service paid for far in advance. I had to constantly chase someone down and leave several messages to call me back. They said they would deliver the day before the party - didn't happen, then the day of the party, they assured me the driver would be here "in one hour" (that was at 12:30pm), I had to keep calling all their numbers for hours and still at 4:30pm (1 hr AFTER party started) Bounce house was not delivered. I finally got in touch with someone after calling from a different phone number and they offered to let me keep the bounce house all day Monday - what a joke!!! Again, to get a refund I had to call and leave messages repeatedly.
Needless to say I will NEVER use them again and warn every parent I know not to use their services.
