I am rejecting this response because:Busy Bees is blatantly lying about the video. The video was literally a few seconds long and showed only my daughter and no other children or the "teacher".  How this concludes that everything is going according to State...

standards is ridiculous.  The lies that frame Busy Bees response to Revdex.com again attest to lack of ethics, professionalism, and moral of that center. The State could not prove anything in the video because of the awkward angle and therefore it could not be used in their decision.  Busy Bees own supervisor shared in my concern and after seeing how my daughter was stuck, pinned between the table and chairS. She promised the teacher would be confronted and that they would figure out what happened.  However, instead the owner stepped in and demonstrated zero concern for the mistreatment or my concern as a mother. She was focused on money and money only. Because of the awkward angle of the vide, the way she was pinned could not be clearly seen. I was completely fine with changing my daughter's "teacher" as originally arranged, that is until true colors were revealed. Once the owner tossed blame onto my 2-year-old and had zero concern for her wellbeing or my alarm, I believe the center as a whole is a risk of violations being brushed off and kids being mistreated. It is clear that there will always be a "blame the kid" mindset and therefore I refused to risk a 2-3 additional weeks for notice.I appreciate Busy Bees response as in only confirms what I've been saying

All employees that were interviewed and involved were also found to be in complete compliance. The video that was brought to our attention by the complainant, was also found to be in compliance as well.
