After the gym has recently switched owners it has no longer had the proper care taken to keep machines functional,this has caused many machines to be missing their proper equipment.I Never signed nor was informed there was a contract that explains if I pay for my membership upfront will there be a no refund policy in place. I have now recently moved over 35 miles away and they can not provide me with a gym in my area so I asked for a refund and they told me no.

Miss *** was informed that when she pays a PIF (paid in full) membership there are no refunds. With the exception of the 3 day cancellation policy. Please see the attached agreement, that states this and also states, there are no refunds if the member relocates. This is an agreement she signed. We also have regular maintenance of our equipment. It is impossible for all the equipment to work 100% of the time, as we have many members in here frequently. We address any issues immediately and try to get them fixed in a timely manner. It's unfortunate that Miss ***, is unhappy with the facility and we couldn't have worked something out, but we have over 3000 happy members that enjoy working out here.
