Review: Contracted the company to clear bushes, weeds, brush and level and re-seed portions of our yard. Although the estimate and proposal hand-written by the company CEO stated that the fence would be cleared of vines, the crew only cleared the vegetation on one side of the fence. They left the other side of the open-picket fence uncleared of the vegetation which was growing through, over and under the fence. When we inquired about when the work would be completed, the CEO claimed (among other falsehoods) that we only asked for one side of the open fence to be cleared. He later left an unprofessional voicemail refusing to complete the job or reduce the price to account for the incomplete work, also threatening to have "his guys" perjure themselves in court by testifying that we originally only asked for the inside of the fence to be done. None of his employees were present when the bid was given.Desired Settlement: Complete the job by clearing all vegetation that is growing on the fence as specified or refund the cost of remaining work.

(Not over the fence or in alley way , through the gate to the right was written on the bid which I give my guys reference points to do the work so they know which area to work in .) He had 5 yards of top soil\ mushroom compost, delivered, distributed, mulch weeds removed from several areas, 2 large stumps, 2 large bushes, and a ton of flag stone plus boulders removed taking 22 man hours with 3guys and one women. He has paid me in full. I did call him which after I talked to him this was not resolved as I am seeing now as he informed you I never got a return call. I don't like taking clients to court nor, do I make a habit but, it's the only legal way we can get our money if not paid. I don't think either party wins in the end .
