Revdex.com spoke with the operations manager at the company who stated that the customer did not call until days after they had completed the service, and at that time they offered to come back to complete the service to her satisfaction, which she declinedShe stated that the customer also mentioned at that time that she had some of their cleaning equipment which had been left, including vaccuum attachments, that she had thrown awayThe operations manager stated they did try to work with the customer to resolve the issues, but she was not willing to allow them to correct the issues, and admitted to disposing of their equipment, and they are not willing to offer a refund at this point

Review: I hired this company to clean my house, which I explained was on the market and needed to be spotless for showing. When I arrived home, I found that some parts of the house had not been cleaned and in fact the bathroom had been left dirtier than before. They had also left things out of place and left trash and other supplies in the house. I called to discuss with the manager, but they did not call me back for 48 hours. By then, I had cleaned the house myself as I was on a timeline. I was informed that the manager would need to come and see for herself the uncleaned areas. I said that I had already cleaned, and that I did not particularly want them in my home again. They proceeded to call me several more times, and to email me, with each contact becoming more and more threatening. They also sent someone to my home, but I was fortunately not there. I had already paid for their services, so I don't know what they thought to gain.Desired Settlement: I would be grateful for a refund, but do not expect them to behave honestly at this point. I would at the least appreciate cessation of attempts to contact and harass me.
