I signed my 3 year old son up for preschool and paid a 250.00 activity fee along with a fee of 165.00 for his tuition for the month of September.
Every day I dropped my son of a school which he only attended 2 days a week for 2 1/2 hours he would cry as soon as we got there for appox and hour and a half with no comfort from the teacher other then her telling him to stop crying and assisting the other children.
When I went there before school started this morning the teacher suggested that my child should no longer attend her classes which he only went 7 times and she refused to refund the 250.00 activity fee which my child did not benefit from any of those funds. I’m quite angry and upset about this!!!!

Relative to the above-noted complaint, please be advised that a full refund, in the amount of $ 250.00, was issued to ***, on October 3, 2019. Please note that the full refund, with no deductions for materials & supplies consumed during the month of September, was issued on October 3, 2019, the exact same date that *** that filed her unwarranted complaint with the Bureau.
Also, October 3, 2019, is the date *** voluntarily removed her child from our Pre-School after recognizing that he is not ready to participate in school activities at this time.
