I did not even get a response to reply as we were in the process of moving out of our homestore and our phone lines were down as we moved out of our former space on 1/9/15 and did not have phone lines set up right away due to technicalities and our mail that was set to forward did not start to forward to our new address until 2 weeks later (I also have proof of this) and to top it off, I was not even in the country as I was in Manila on a business trip and did not get back until very late 2/3 /15 (proof of this as well) - as soon as I got the letter, I opened up immediately to find that the case had already been closed - when I never even had the opportunity to respond due to the above setbacks (mail forward, phone lines, and being out of the country).I hope that this case can be re-opened and resolved as I believe I know who made this complaint. It was a lady whom we believe to be emotionally disturbed as she called screaming in response to getting emails about our warehouse sale from our mailing list that SHE joined on her own. I included an attachment of what was on the emails on the email blast - it was nothing offensive and she reacted in an absurd way by calling screaming and emailing rude messages to remove her from our list. Which we did but were not thrilled with the way she responded to us and she then decided to post a Yelp review making up false text as our response to her. We noticed that ALL of her Yelp reviews are negative, seems to us like she is a person full of anger and negativity on businesses and do hope that this will not be a reflection of my business' character as we were not in the wrong here. We did not appreciate to be scolded by a customer over an automatic email from a mailing list SHE subscribed to. Please, if you can assist in this matter and help this be removed from the Revdex.com, that would be most appreciated.Please feel free to call me on my cell to discuss further at ###-###-####.
