I ordered and purchased some weave through this website http://butadreamhair.bigcartel.com/ the funds have drafted from my bank account and I have not received my product. I have emailed this company numerous times on trying to gather the information for shipping and the carrier that my order will be shipped and I have received no information and was told through email that there was no shipping information to be provided. I asked through email to be provided with a contact number to speak with someone in regards to my order and I have not received a response also sent an email requesting a full refund and once again nothing.
