I am the owner speaking on behalf of Stateline Property SolutionsThis is in response to the complaint filed against me by Mr [redacted] ID number [redacted] Stateline didn't have there best pour on this job I admitted that to Mr [redacted] Unfortunately the company we bought the concrete through was bought out by another company and cured a lot faster than we are used toWhen we went to put the crack lines in, as the trowel moved across the concrete it removed some of the concreteAt that point the concrete was to dry to trowel additional concrete into the spots the concrete was removed fromWe tried to fix the mistake with concrete patchMr [redacted] was still unhappyThere was one area where the form was not straight and that is because the homeowner asked us to pour to the fenceIn this area we placed an expansion joint to keep the concrete off the fenceWe placed a form on the opposite side of the fence to keep the concrete from pushing the expansion joint and bowing itUnfortunately, it didn't turn out the way we had planed it would haveWe did install a metal roof on his pergola and we also installed two 2xfascia which wasn't in his contractCorrugated roof panels were supposed to be installedWe added the metal as an extra but had no intention on charging him for the upgradeThere were two screws that missed the woodOne was pulled out and caulked and one was missedMr [redacted] might be confused with the screws that he could see through the ribsI install screws into ribs instead of flats mainly because the rib is the high pointMost of the water runs down the flatsSo, I do this to avoid where the water mostly sitsUnfortunately, a glass table was broken when we were thereI don't feel that Stateline was at faultDue to how far it was from my worksiteBut it was broken while we were thereSo I took care of the situation On May 26th I visited the homeowner to go over the issues he had with my workI fully understand that he wasn't happy with the work that was doneHonestly, I wasn't eitherIn the past year I have had to customers that love our work and would refer me to anyoneFrom time to time people make mistakes not one contractor can say that they haven't made themTo fix the situation in my meeting with Mr [redacted] I refunded his $down payment and $for the table that was brokenI asked him what the table was worth to him so that is what I refunded himIt is unfortunate that the homeowner filed this report before he gave me a chance to make it rightI'm not the type of contractor that will turn my back when there is problems and will always hold up my end of the deal and make it right

Due to how far it was from my worksite. But it was broken while we were there. So I took care of the situation.  On May 26th I visited the homeowner to go over the issues he had with my work. I fully understand that he wasn't happy with the work that was done. Honestly, I wasn't either. In the past year I have had 30 to 40 customers that love our work and would refer me to anyone. From time to time people make mistakes not one contractor can say that they haven't made them. To fix the situation in my meeting with Mr. [redacted] I refunded his $2000.00 down payment and $300.00 for the table that was broken. I asked him what the table was worth to him so that is what I refunded him. It is unfortunate that the homeowner filed this report before he gave me a chance to make it right. I'm not the type of contractor that will turn my back when there is problems and will always hold up my end of the deal and make it right.
