This is Danville Tree Care's position on this complaint We did some tree work for *** *** on Jul 2016, and Aug with the total bill being $ To date she has paid $leaving a balance of $560.00.Prior to Aug we agreed to remove a section of a tree
that had fallen on her house and to cut the other branches so they wouldn't be able to fall on her houseWe were working with what she said she could budget with her prior balanceWe came over to do the tree work and our truck struck her retaining wall Within a few days we had a block mason working on the repairs For some reason this contractor failed to complete the job We hired another block mason and have completed the repairs I also agreed to cut more sections of the tree back to another fork This will be done prior to Aug After that she will be responsible for paying her total bill of $ Feel free to contact me by email : *** or on my cell ###-###-#### Respectfully Philip Winstead
