I am rejecting this response because:The response does not address the complaint and introduces yet another new fee.The complaint remains that XPCamper failed to return funds in an amount, m***er, and time previously agreed to via e-mail correspondence On June 29th, I asked for return of funds (on basis that order could not be completed in time for original use of vehicle and frustration with quality of communication with respect to build status) There was no response from XP Camper to this request After repeated efforts to talk to someone at XP Camper by telephone, I finally spoke with [redacted] on July 28th and I subsequently summarized our verbal agreement in my e-mail back to XP Camper ( [redacted] ***) later that same day In response to my emails, later on July 28, 2015, XP Camper ( [redacted] ) wrote:"Got it We will wire the money sometime after Augbut before Aug I will let you know via email when it is done Please send banking info Dynatrac info as follows: ..."The amount to be returned was 35,less 3,in Dynatrac parts to be picked up with vehicle after 31,was wired / transferred per banking information provided to XP Camper. The latest date for return of funds was August 10th ("before Aug 11") This is clearly laid out in the scan attached to the original complaint. On Aug 11, I politely asked status of bank wire / transfer. On Aug 12, XP Camper indicates that "Things are not falling into place as expected." and that return payment is now going to be via paper check that will be given when I come in person to pick up my truck Further, the amount being returned is now being reduced by a $non-refundable deposit.Later on Aug 12, I log a complaint through Revdex.com On Aug 13, business contends that they have not refused return of funds and introduce a daily storage fee on truck Will XP Camper return 31,via Bank transfer as originally agreed?

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

We never refused the refund. We have always maintained to Mr. Poulson that we have a check ready when he picks up his truck which is currently stored with us and collecting daily storage fees.

Company states: I have communicated to the consumer that when he comes pick up his truck he can pick up the check at the same time. We are not sure why he does not want to proceed with that. Maybe because he is fearful that the check may bounce but that is something that would reflect negatively on us if it does and we would certainly not want to send a bad check. He had an american bank account when he wired the money to us so we are sure that a check would be able to be cashed from us. We ask that the consumer come pick up his truck and the check.
