Initially I made the call to Butler Appliance and requested their service. After their second visit, I told them I could not keep taking off my job and my wife would have to be there for their next visit. On their next visit,
MrButler told my wife ([redacted]) to contact [redacted] to tell them butler was having trouble getting a new pump from them and to see if she could have better success obtaining the part as she was the one who purchased the washer made by [redacted] only years ago and had her receipt. That's when [redacted] told [redacted] that they thought the pump and or other parts he put on it was not a [redacted] pump and not to let them work on the washer any further because they were not a [redacted] licensed repair place. Butler never told us they were not licensed with [redacted] and had trouble obtaining their parts. [redacted] says only their parts will work on their machines
The problem occurred when during their last conversation with [redacted] they said they would either fix the problem or refund the money. Now they are saying they never said that. [redacted] said if we truly wanted our washer fixed once and for all not to let them come to our house for the 5th time. [redacted] left a phone message for you yesterday her number is [redacted]. I was not trying to get her to take up for me is just that she is the owner of the machine and the one communicating with [redacted]
