Review: There was water leaking into my apartment the owner refused to get it fixed instead he had his workers fix vacant apartments. Mildew was growing on the walls because of it. It has been 11 days the issue is still not resolved but he expects rent to be paid in fullDesired Settlement: The holes from them trying to get to the leak needs to be fixed and money needs to be taken off of rent since I am paying for a 2 bedroom but can only use 1.
