RevDex.com: I do not accept the response due to the fact that it lacks validity. There have been absolutely no efforts made on the behalf of the landlord to resolve the mold issue on the inside of the premises; it is in plain sight. The lease does not state that the bathrooms must be segregated. I would have no problem if it were separated by gender and nothing else. All accusations made toward my business are false and lewd attempts to ruin the reputation there of. Again, all I want is to be treated fairly and to honor the contract until it reaches completion. I also would like the landlord and/or all affiliates to only contact me via email if they must. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. Regards, [redacted]
The tenant filing this complaint was notified in writing by our attorney in December that he needed to vacate his space due to continued complaints from other tenants and nearby residents about the noise, loitering and alcohol on the premises. Dormer windows were recently replaced to take care
of leaks within the building. Bathrooms are assigned to rental spaces as has been the practice since the building opened. Tenant was aware of this prior to his renting the space
