I have been very patient and courteous to all the employees at this business I did not pick the car off the internetJohn M*** contacted me and based on what the car was equipped with is why I decided to purchase the carI did make my concerns known the first day that I came to pick it up.I called John and he didn't return my callsI talked to several employees about my concerns I made several appointments to get the film removed and when I arrived I was given the run around and told only John can authorize the order so I made another appointment and when I arrived I was told the detailed wasn't there that day so I made another appointment and the car was there less than an hour and the spots are still thereI never wanted another car or to trade this one in Craig C*** was the one who told me to upgrade and I never made any statement about if I knew that he was going to pay it off I would have picked a more expensive vehicle Mr C*** even said in his response that I picked the car and my father financed it they have changed their stories many times and now they have made slanderous remarks about my mental healthI would like for them to produce the CA footage showing me behaving in the manner that I have been accused ofI do have voice mails from John M*** as well as audio from Mr C***Just about everything they said is not true

I have attached documents from Butler Hyundai's Sales Manager and Sales Person that were involved in the car deal. Butler Hyundai has done nothing wrong. Ms*** also is not the purchaser. Her father was the purchaser of the vehicle on her behalf. She picked this vehicle
