Saturday afternoon and my car is having major issues. I needed a new timing belt and water pump. I called a variety of local mechanic shops - Butler was by far the cheapest. Also, [redacted] went out of his way to be helpful since this would leave me without a car for the weekend. In addition to getting the timing belt and water pump I also got a tune up and it was still almost $300.00 less than the other places I called. This is the 2nd time I've used Butler last time was when my car was towed there by [redacted] so I didn't have a choice where it was going. I've been very happy both times. Staff is extremely courteous and friendly. I'll be taking my car back for any future work as they are convenient to my job and have provided excellent service at reasonable rates when both times I was in a bind! I would recommend Butler Automotive to anyone looking for an automotive shop!

Lord knows I do all the work I can on my vehicles, but there are times when it's something out of my league. The few times I have things I couldn't do I have taken it to butler on wrightsboro rd , they have always done a great job at a fair price and the staff is absolutely wonderful.... I highly recommend them to anyone.

Butler is definitely way to high. My wife took our 2004 [redacted] to have work done 2 times the first time it cost us $921.00. To have a plenum duct replaced. That's about a $30.00 part and probably took less than 30 minutes to replace. The second time was yesterday. They charged her $855.00 to replace an idle control valve. The part is a $220.00 part at [redacted] they charged her $375.00 for that part plus $105.00 for diagnostics and $210 to locate the problem all together $855.10. To do a 5 minute fix. Rip off...

These guys were great! I needed work done immediately and they got me taken care of THAT DAY. They explained all of the issues clearly and didn't do any work without informing me of my choices. They were extremely polite and the work was quality. I would highly recommend them.
