We have been in contact with the customer multiple timesThey do not want to pay the appropriate taxes to get the car registeredWe have given them options of titling the car in different states, they have yet to let us know how they want us to move forwardWe also just sent them another set of
temporary tags to help them out until they decide which state they want to register the car inAs far as myself being rude to them, I apologize for that if they felt I was rude to them

I have spoke to this customer multiple times, and I will not be unwinding the dealI have been funded by the bank that financed her car she bought from meWe also have sold her tradeCowles Nissan did nothing wrong in selling this car

I am rejecting this response because: The company did not reveal the fact that there was only one set of keys and the cost of a spare runs up to a couple hundred dollars, not at $spare I believe the business withheld the information and they are required to provide car facts, why is this not the same Poor business ethics on their part and this would have been built into my offer for the car, new or used No excuse for not divulging the information and shows me they do not concern themselves with up front business, its just a sale and done I would not recommend them to anyone based on this.

I am rejecting this response because: My complaint details how the business broke the car seat (after promising to move it from a trade-in to a new car); their answer that the returned the seat (after breaking it) is not helpful.  Even though they returned the seat, it was broken so I still needed to buy an additional car seat for my child.  In the response, the business also offered to discuss the matter further with me directly and provided contact information.  I called the number they provided but never received a call back.

If this was a new vehicle Cowles Nissan will absolutely reimburse the cost of the second key, if it was a used car then we sell the vehicle with however many keys we receive.

Check is being mailed out today.

The vehicle was sold AS-IS. So there is no warranty stated or implied. We did inspect the vehicle and found no issues at that time.

Cowles does not feel that we did anything wrong, we gave the car seat back. Any further concerns please call me Todd H[redacted] @ ###-###-####.
