Review: I have never asked, opted into, or otherwise requested deliver of the Cranberry Eagle newspaper. It has, for years, been tossed on my driveway anyway.

On 20-June-2015, I contacted the circulation number listed at [redacted] (###-###-####). My call was answered by a woman who I requested to cease delivery of the paper to my address. She assured me it would be taken care of.

Today, I returned home to find a copy of the Sunday Cranberry Eagle on my driveway.Desired Settlement: I want the Butler (Cranberry) Eagle to stop placing unsolicited and unwanted newspapers on my driveway and property.

Review: They seem to be unable to redeem a refund on a subscription after it has been cancelled, after several phone calls to them with a bit of a runaround and contacting my credit card company they claim that I will receive a refund on Thursday 1-9-14 well I don't believe them because after being told that a 48 dollar charge was credited it turned into a 96 dollar charged to may card I am sending you this info just so you are aware of the company slowness and unreliable return policiesDesired Settlement: All I am looking for is my 96 dollars be credited to me card and for the Revdex.com to know that this company is not very reliable with their word

Mr. [redacted] account was credited $96.00 on 1 9 2014, onto a Visa ending 2749. 1 previously

spoke with Mr. [redacted] to explain that we had a new employee that entered the refund incorrectly.

(I am sure a mistake that she will never make again)

As soon as Mr. [redacted] notified our office of

the error, I personally corrected the issue and Mr [redacted] received the $96 00 credit.
