I recently used Butler Express to ship my car from Chicago to SeattlePricing was comparable to other companies, cheaper than mostThe car was delivered on time, and they were able to get it to Seattle sooner than most companies I looked intoThe agent I worked with was very accommodating and easily accessibleShe answered my texts and calls throughout the whole process of shipping (even on weekends), and problem solved any issues we were havingThat being said, I felt the driver himself that was transporting my car was very unprofessionalHe arrived hours late to pick up the car due to a flat tire, which is understandable, but did not even apologize when he arrivedI had also agreed on a drop off date where I would have someone in Seattle to collect my car and he arrived a day earlyHe was VERY rude when I explained that I needed the car there when I had discussed with my Butler Express agentI ended up having to stop answering him and go through my agent at Butler to discuss with him the drop off dateHe also yelled at me that I needed to pay in cash only when I had specifically agreed to send a cashier check when I booked the shippingHe ignored my texts throughout the trip unless they pertained to him getting paid or were convenient to himOverall, I would consider using Butler again if I never have to have that driver againI very much liked my Butler Express agent and appreciate her help dealing with the unprofessional driver

Butler Express was around 20% cheaper than the other options I found I set everything up on their website and it was taken care of as requested I was out of town on business the entire time, and everything was handled without my involvement I would use them again if I need a car shipped
