our salesman , Rick *** gave Mr*** a multiple choice of estimates to remove a fence panel for access to install a pool
it was decided that Butler Fence would rebuild a gate where a solid fence panel had been for a determined amountthe quote was never signed and
when we arrived to build the gate , Mr*** decided he would like the gate post replaced and another 7' section to be built as wellRick *** revised the quote to do additional work and Mr*** has not signed the quote
as of now we have never had a signed contract to do work for Mr***

Mr [redacted] came to my house, gave me a quote for what I needed done, and said call when you are ready. The quote was signed and I have it in hand. I called when I was ready. The employee that came to my house said he wouldn't do the work for the price quoted and left. A week or so later, I received a quote for double the cost with no explanation. I did not change a single thing from what was originally requested. The new estimate again said call when you are ready. I called and called and called and my calls were never returned. I believe Mr [redacted] did not return my calls because he was embarrassed by either his lack in knowledge of what was required to do my job or at the lack of professionalism shown by himself and the other employee, gouging prices like they did. I want an apology from mr [redacted] for how I was treated. Regards,[redacted]

Erma always responded to my calls and the fence men Tom and Taylor did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Butler Fence from Syracuse ,NY
