They were not with me at the time I used their product therefore to imply that I used it incorrectly is unsubstantiated Butler Home Products simply needs to give me a call and let me know when the gift card and product went out, ITS THAT SIMPLE! My other concern is how angry the individual is that is writing the response(s), this is something that needs to be takenseriously and addressed immediately In closing, I simply want the product paid for that their equipment damaged and there is no need to send a new shaver as Ino longer wish to use ANY OF THEIR PRODUCT based on how everything was handled and the inappropriate responses sent TO WHOMEVER IS RESPONDING, PLEASE STOP USING THIS AVENUE TO VENT YOUR ANGER IT IS NOT WELCOME!!!?Regards, [redacted]

First of all, we take all consumer complaints seriously. When this consumer registered her complaint, we should have done a better job of explaining the procedure and timeframe needed to validate a claim. It can take up to a month to come to a conclusion. We will do a better job in managing expectations in the future. Our policy regarding product failure is very regimented. When the fabric shaver was returned to us, it underwent testing to verify if it was faulty. In this case, the product operated 100% and it was determined that the damage it caused was customer error. Because we look to satisfy consumers where we can, our policy is to try and replace the damaged garment. After an extensive search of retail outlets, as well as on-line searching, our team was unable to locate the same garment for replacement. It was then that the gift card was offered as settlement. BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND ONE THING - WE ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO REPLACE DAMAGED GARMENTS DUE TO USER ERROR. If the shaver had been used properly it would not have caused any damage. Since this was a somewhat new garment, one would think the consumer would take it back to the store of purchase and complain about the poor fabric. Since that did not happen, out of courtesy, we offered up a gift card for the amount of the garment. In these days of immediate gratification, apparently we are now being held responsible for the delivery times of the ** Postal Service as well, since this consumer has not received her gift card yet. I guess you can file this in the "no good deed goes unpunished" file. We sell hundreds of thousands of fabric shavers every year and get very few complaints. Since we engage every consumer in a professional manor, one would hope that common courtesy and patience would prevail. I guess not

Ms*** was contacted on September 1st when the person handling the claim returned from vacation. As far as we know, she was given a satisfactory settlement for her damaged product and was premature in contacting the Revdex.com because it was being handled in a timely and professional way.

I was contacted by this company after waiting several weeks for a response, phones to the individual that finally called me and only did so when I stated via a VM that I was contacting your office and after leaving a message with the VP of the company. Also I have not received any compensation as of September 7th, 2015. It was told to me a gift card for the cost of the dress was to be issued for the amount of $and I was also being sent a new shaver but again as of 9/7/15, I have not received anything and this brings this concern into at least if not weeks so it if my opinion that I did not send this compliant to your office without warrant

In checking our records, it shows that we have replaced many items for this consumer over the past few years.  This is a consumable product and as such, it is supposed to come off in sheets and be disposed of.  Our products are tested at all levels of our manufacturing process in our USA...

factory.  We have not found any manufacturing defects.  While we take our product quality very seriously, we also feel that we have already sent additional products to this consumer.
