On November 29, 2014, the customer paid $for new platinum spark plugs as well as the labor cost on the automobile in addition the customer paid $for two new wiper bladesPlease note that the $charged was not a diagnostic feeThis fee was waived for the customer,
which is the policy at B&G if the customer agrees to have the work done with the automotive shop. The manager explained to the customer that the replacement of the spark plugs would assist in better gas mileage, and at the time, the diagnostic done did not indicate additional work needed on the automobileThe customer agreed with the assessment and approved the work in order to maintenance the car

I would like to address the complaint against my company and ILet me start off by saying that, the vehicle was brought in by a young man whom said the vehicle was hisThe young man asked to have the vehicle dropped off and looked at by usThe young man stated that the vehicle has not been
started in over a yearWe stated to the young man that there is a diagnostic fee of $65.00, to which he agreed to pay for us to look at the vehicleWe performed the necessary test on the vehicle to determine what was wrongOnce determined we then tried to contact the young man with the diagnosis, and to no avail he was not able to be reachedWe tried on several occasions to contact him, which failed every timeThis went on from April 2nd until April 12th We spoke to him about mid week and told him that he needed an engine, and he said that he will call us back. We waited another 2weeks to hear from him, when we did he stated that he could not get the work doneWe told him that he would have to pay the diagnostic fee and he said ok, he wanted the vehicle towedWe said ok that he was responsible for the fee plus tow, which he came in to pay on April 23rd We then towed the vehicle to the address he had given us, and had to push the vehicle in the space he indicated because it was no room for the tow truck to get in the spaceWe then got a phone call from a young lady stating that we hit a garage when we towed the vehicle. When asked what she was speaking about, she then started to say that the vehicle was hers and that she did not know that her brother had brought it to our shop. The young lady then to proceed by saying that we owe her for damage done to the garageWe told her that we had to push the vehicle and that we was no were near the garageShe then starts to arguing with the receptionist about it, who then told her she would have to speak with the ownerThe young lady then told me that we left her window down, towed it to the wrong space and damaged the garageWe spoke and she then stated that her brother had no right without her permission, that she will have a talk with him. For her not touching base with her brother until the car was towed and supposedly the garage damaged, have nothing to do with my company or II had told the young lady that I would go and raise her window and move the car to the space she wanted it inWe performed the job that we told her brother that we would do and only charged that fee and towingWe did not charge the storage fee which is $per day out of kindnessI honestly don't know what more I can do to make her satisfied with my companyThe young man was charged what I told him and nothing moreI can only do what is asked of me and my companyI wish her the best of luck in the future. *** ***
