I purchased a used car at Butler Toyota in Jan 2015. I purchased their best warranty that they offered. They stressed that they did complete full point inspection. In Sept. 2015 the compressor in the air conditioning system went out. My daughter called them and they told her to go to the [redacted] dealership. [redacted] informed us on what was needed and that it was not covered under warranty. They recommended we contact Butler to see if they would help with the cost. The owner informed me that buying a used car was like buying a used TV and you get what you get. He said if his brother brought a car back he sold him 7 months ago he wouldn't do anything for him either. I said any used item I have ever bought if something happened to it in first year they always took care of it. He said he would not do anything to assist in repairing the car. They were correct in there statement that [redacted] would do a better job. [redacted] had better service and went out of there way to try to help. Use [redacted] not Butler Toyota in Indianapolis.
