To whom it may concern,We have sold a vehicle, VIN # [redacted] The customer said her car stopped on the highwayWe asked her to have vehicle towed to our lotThe reason the vehicle stopped is because she did not have a drop of oil in the vehicleI was willing to pay for the tow as a favor, but I reassured her that we sell vehicles as isMy resolution to her was that we could be done with the deal and she could have the vehicle, rather than paying the $3,note that she owed on it I apologize for any inconvenience

I sold her a truck back in March. Two months later, the transmission went out. I told her we would look for a transmission to replace it, but I could not find one. We let her use a loaner car and she complained about it not being efficient. I told her we would get her a
different replacement vehicle that could be her own. She agreed, checked out the vehicle, and was satisfied. I told her I would deduct the money she put towards the first vehicle towards this one. We had discussed everything and she was okay with all of it, so I was shocked that she filed a complaintIf we would not have put her into a different vehicle, I would have refunded her money, though we have a no return policy, but she was satisfied with the replacement. I tried handling the situation the best I could and I feel this is resolved

The vehicle was sold to the gentleman as isUpon getting the vehicle, it was stolen by someone the gentleman knowsHe got it back and was telling us about tickets he received on the vehicle because of the temp tagsWe can’t be held liable for his car being stolenI tried to resolve the issue by
giving him another temp tag and he refused to take it

I spoke with the dealership on the 20th and I was told if I returned the car "its on you"., and that basically nothing will be done as far as a refund or ending the contract. Thats not fair at all considering I never had a title to the car the car never passed safety or emissions. I lost one of my jobs because of car trouble. They had my car 2weeks without any adjustment of the carnote to fix the transmission problem. Only making the car worse. I've paid car notes for a car I couldn't legally drive since day 1 of having the car up until now. I was arrested and car was towed for a expired temp tag 1-15-2015, I purchased the car 12/19/2014 the temporary tag expired 1-1-15 thats not a full thirty days. I've done everything I should as a car purchaser but as a carlot they have not done anything for my trouble. and ive shared my problems with this car briefly
