customer did have to wait a long time for a part which was broken on the job site by a 3rd party
other than that everything was handled in time
not sure how phone conversations went we dont record
an offer was made to hang extra
fixture ordered but not taken
as of this time everything is in place where it is suppose to be with the only extra charge was to hang
a light which was ordered after all the other ones had
been installed, I dont believe my company should pay for this , especially when we offered to come install
