Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12724802, and determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. At the time I requested the loan, I was advised by the customer service rep advised this had a %inyerest. That was all I was told. He didnt give me any additional information and told me he would send a copy of the contract the following Monday. I made multiple calls to tgis company and was always told some one would call me back. I did not receive a copy until March 8, the day I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. I would have NEVER agreed to such a ridiculous Interest rate. I asked the rep to verify it was ONLY 15% and he responded, yes. So I believed my part was done and was told they were taking more. I was under the impression My amount was $Not $I didnt need a loan that bad
